The Claremont Hotel is a stylish and popular party venue and function centre located at the top of the cosmopolitan Bayview Terrace. The Terrace Room is located on the upstairs level, and offers an attractive party venue that is ideal for all cocktail functions, including 18th birthdays and 21st birthdays in Perth. It features a large balcony that overlooks Bayview Terrace. There is also a central bar, which offers great value drink packages. Also included in function packages is security, music and presentation equipment. The venue is always busy and at the conclusion of private functions guests are invited to continue their celebrations in the main bar areas.
